Return Authorization
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from our customer service team. Products returned without an RGA number will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to obtain an RGA number
- Package your return securely with all original components
- Include your order number and RGA number with the return
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:
- A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- A 20% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or customized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers or barcodes
Defective Products
Products that are defective in materials or workmanship are covered under our warranty policy. Please refer to our warranty section in the Terms and Conditions for details on warranty claims.
Shipping Costs for Returns
All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels or reimburse return shipping expenses.
