Conversion Factors

Multiply the value in the From unit by the factor shown to get the value in the To unit. Results are mathematically exact to the input value โ€” no rounding corrections applied.

Using This Tool With Nozzle Datasheets

NozzlePro datasheets list flow rates at a reference pressure in PSI (typically 40 PSI). Supplier datasheets from European manufacturers commonly use bar or kPa. Before using the Flow Rate Estimator, convert your supply pressure to the same unit as the datasheet reference pressure โ€” or use the Flow Rate Estimator directly, which accepts mixed units and converts automatically. When comparing nozzles across datasheets using different pressure units, always convert to a common unit first to ensure you are comparing at the same operating condition.
