Process Piping Design Standard
Our pressure-rated nozzle assemblies and manifolds are engineered in accordance with ASME B31.3 โ the widely adopted standard for process piping in chemical, petrochemical, and industrial plant environments.
Traceable Material Sourcing
Raw materials are sourced and verified to ASTM specifications โ including stainless steel (A276, A312), brass (B16), and engineered polymers. Internal material traceability is maintained as part of our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.

Incoming Inspection
Every raw material lot is inspected and verified against certified mill test reports before entering production. No unverified material touches our machining floor.
In-Process Dimensional Control
Critical dimensions โ orifice diameter, spray angle geometry, thread tolerances โ are verified at machining using calibrated gauging. Non-conformances are flagged and quarantined immediately.
Flow Bench Testing
Finished nozzles are tested on calibrated flow benches to validate spray angle, flow rate, and distribution pattern against published specifications and customer drawings.
Pressure & Leak Verification
Assembly-level pressure testing confirms structural integrity and confirms zero internal leakage at rated operating pressures for applicable product families.
Final QC & Documentation
Each shipment is accompanied by a certificate of conformance. Traceability records are retained in our QMS. Lot records are available for regulated industries.
