Formula

Velocity is calculated using the isentropic flow equation:

V = √[2 × γ/(γ-1) × R × T × (1 - (P₂/P₁)^((γ-1)/γ))]

Parameters

γ (Gamma): Ratio of specific heats (air ≈ 1.4)

R: Gas constant (287 J/kg·K for air)
